CLF Course Descriptions
Baugh Center for Baptist Leadership
Christian Leadership Formation
CLF Classes are offered in various formats and on a number of topics to meet the needs of churches and lay leaders. Click on one of the four options below to see topics and past instructors.
In-Person Course
An instructor teaches a 4-6 week course in person in your church community. Classes are offered weekly and and provide an opportunity for students to gather physically as they learn.
Virtual Course
Instructors meet with students via video call (Zoom) over the course of 4-6 weeks. Virtual offering supports more option of topics/instructors and can provide further accessibility and flexibility to students.
Pre-Recorded Courses
A series of recorded presentations (20-30 min. each) supplied to a church along with a facilitator's guide. Courses are 3-6 weeks in length and can be used several times.
Webinars
Periodic scheduled offerings from the Baugh Center and partners on a variety of topics. Experts and practitioners share in dialogue on a specific topic that is offered live online for participants to view and engage personally or as a community.
